  11. IDS Place BBS took over the CAPLink in March 1996 and renamed it
  12. IDSnet.  CAPLink had been relaying since October 1992.

  14. ALL our conferences are fully public, with the exception of the one to
  15. transfer node applications.  With IDS Place as the host bbs, and no
  16. moderators there is no red tape, or unclear rules or guidlines.  All
  17. conferences descriptions have been simplified to easily fit on one
  18. line.

  20. We firmly believe in respect and we don't permit profanity or flaming
  21. in any of our conferences.  If your users would like to exchange mail
  22. with friendly people, who believe in common sense and courtesty then
